Our 71814 ACD/HCP4 ceramic ball angular contact ball bearing is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with the specifications of SKF and NSK 71814 ACD/HCP4 models, realizing perfect interchangeability. It adopts high-purity silicon nitride (Si3N4) ceramic balls, which have significant advantages such as high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and low thermal expansion coefficient compared with traditional steel balls. Combined with P2/P4/P5 high-precision grading processing, the bearing can maintain stable operation under high speed, high temperature and harsh working conditions, and effectively reduce noise, vibration and energy consumption. It is widely used in high-end machine tools, precision instruments, aerospace, medical equipment and other fields that require high precision and reliability.
