For high-speed and heavy-load operating conditions, GCr15SiMn and G20Cr2Ni4A alloy steel can be used.For special environments that are humid and prone to corrosion, 440C stainless steel or SUJ2 precision steel can be selected.The bearing cage is available in a wide range of materials, including carbon steel, brass, copper alloys, general engineering plastics, and high-temperature and wear-resistant PEEK specialty plastics.The sealing components are made of high-quality, aging-resistant materials such as NBR nitrile rubber and fluororubber, and are paired with high-performance special grease to meet the equipment operation requirements of different scenarios.
