KB035AR0 is a 30° contact angle, constant cross-section angular contact bearing, made of high carbon chromium bearing steel and a brass cage. The open structure operates smoothly and can withstand radial and unidirectional axial loads. It is lightweight and suitable for precision rotation applications such as robots, medical equipment, and optical instruments.

The standard configuration for thin Section Bearings is a grease lubrication system, with standardized proportions for grease components and filling amounts. For standard models, the amount of grease filling is 30%–50% of the effective volume of the inner cavity. This range can avoid the temperature rise problem caused by excessive grease, while ensuring sufficient film formation on the friction pair. The ratio of base oil to thickener has been calibrated, resulting in stable oil film adhesion and a sustained reduction in the coefficient of friction between rolling elements and raceways.Combined with a double-sided sealing structure, it can inhibit grease oxidation and leakage, extend the lubrication cycle, reduce the need for additional grease under normal operating conditions, and ensure long-term operation.
Three main materials are used for thin Section Bearings. The standard model features high-carbon chromium bearing steel for the inner and outer rings and rolling elements, making it suitable for conventional drying conditions. The corrosion-resistant version features stainless steel inner and outer rings and rolling elements, making it suitable for humid and corrosive working environments. The ceramic hybrid version adopts a composite structure, with the inner and outer rings made of bearing steel and the rolling elements made of ceramic material, making it suitable for special working conditions such as high speed, low friction, and high temperature resistance. All cages are typically made of nylon or brass and are responsible for separating and positioning the rolling elements, providing structural support for stable bearing operation.
Our factory's thin Section Bearings have excellent long-term operational stability and are suitable for continuous equipment operation requirements.Products with P4 and P5 precision grades have undergone durability testing, and their deformation remains within the standard range after long-term bearing of small and medium loads. The internal lubrication system, combined with a sealing structure, reduces grease loss, oxidation, and impurity intrusion, continuously protecting the friction pairs.Under conditions of alternating long-term start-stop and constant-speed operation, vibration and noise will not increase significantly, and rotational accuracy will remain stable. The overall components have a low wear rate and a long service life, and can meet the usage standards of conventional electromechanical equipment for a long time.
