Before install sealed spherical roller bearing,its not allowed exceed 80degree temperature when clean or heat the bearing,sealed spherical roller bearing don't need lubricant when the working temperature under 70 degree and the speed is lower than half of the limited,if the bearing working under the high speed and high temperature situation,the bearings must be lubricated with Lithium based grease,the Plastic belt must be moved which covered the lubrication hole of the outer ring.

 

Sealed spherical roller bearing lubrication,there is only little amount lubrication grease,

we need inject the lubrication grease into the lubrication holes of the outer ring slowly,and meanwhile,move the bearing,make the new lubrication grease uniform distributed during the rollers and raceway of the bearings. what we need to attention is to avoid much pressure when injection ,to prevent damage to the sealing ring of the sealed spherical roller bearing.
