Electrically Insulated Bearing 6334 M/C3VL2071 is Deep Groove Ball Bearing design. its dimension is 170×360×72mm, it has the same dimension and the same design with normal chrome steel 6334 M bearing. but the most different is 6334-M-J20AA bearing with Aluminium Oxide Coating. the coating can Electrical Resistance Voltages up to 3000 V DC. This kind of bearing are widely used in high quality demand application like traction motor.
Bearings in electric motors and generators must support the rotor radially and locate it axially in relation to the stator. The typical bearing system consists of a locating and a non locating bearing. In most medium and large motors and generators, the locating bearing is a deep groove ball bearing, while the non-locating bearing can be a deep groove ball bearing, an N or NU design cylindrical roller bearing or a CARB toroidal roller bearing. Smaller motors, fitted with two deep groove ball bearings mounted on a short shaft, often have a cross-locating bearing system.

Ball Bearings for Generators and Electric Motors
The new series of ball bearings bears the suffix “-G” (e. g. 6330) and features the same outside dimensions as standard deep groove ball bearings according to DIN 620. The design has been customized for use in generators and electric motors. Three vari- ants are available depending on the application:
Standard steel variant (e. g. 6330)
• All components made from high-quality bearing steel
• Easier relubrication thanks to the sheet steel cage
• Reduced noise generation due to optimized cage pocket geometry
Features of insulated bearings
1. High insulation properties
To prevent electric corrosion in bearings, a highly productive aluminum ceramic coating material is used to coat the outer ring, and by combining optimized additives, insulation performance is improved by about tenfold.
2. Improved durability
· Optimizing bearing elements improves film impact resistance by a factor of 3x.
· Optimized ceramic coating materials makes for excellent heat dissipation.
