The common sealing method for thin Section Bearings is double-sided rubber seal.The seal is installed between the inner and outer rings of the bearing, and protection is achieved through contact and mating.This structure can prevent dust and moisture from entering, while locking in the internal lubricating grease. Different sealing configurations are selected for different working conditions. The standard model is suitable for most dry and low-corrosion environments, and the sealing gap is set uniformly according to specifications. The sealing assembly condition is inspected at the factory to ensure that the assembly dimensions are  compliant and the sealing function is stable.


For thin Section Bearings, the grease formulation and filling parameters are distinguished according to the working conditions.Standard grease ratio is used for general operating conditions;For high-speed and high-temperature operating conditions, switch to special formula greases and adjust the base oil viscosity and thickener ratio.The amount of grease is precisely set according to the bearing's inner diameter and width specifications, and the cavity filling rate is strictly controlled.The grease forms a continuous lubricating film in the contact area, buffering the contact stress.The sealed structure, combined with the lubrication system, reduces media loss, and all lubrication parameters are matched to the bearing's accuracy class and operating load.


Thin Section Bearings exhibit good dynamic rigidity, exhibiting small deformation under radial and slight axial loads, and their operating trajectory is not easily deviated.The dynamic rotation error of different precision models is strictly controlled according to standards, and the noise and vibration performance is good under high-speed conditions.The overall rotational resistance is uniform, and the acceleration and deceleration processes are smooth without any jamming.The sealing and lubrication structure can adapt to the grease distribution under dynamic environments, enabling continuous lubrication.After long-term repetitive operation, the dynamic performance decays at a low rate and the accuracy is well maintained, meeting the dynamic use requirements of precision electromechanical equipment.
