KB060AR0 is a 30° contact angle, Thin Section Angular Contact Bearings, with GCr15 steel rings and balls, brass solid cage, open type without seal. The standard configuration for thin Section Bearings is a grease lubrication system, with standardized proportions for grease components and filling amounts.For standard models, the amount of grease filling is 30%–50% of the effective volume of the inner cavity. This range can avoid the temperature rise problem caused by excessive grease, while ensuring sufficient film formation on the friction pair.The ratio of base oil to thickener has been calibrated, resulting in stable oil film adhesion and a sustained reduction in the coefficient of friction between rolling elements and raceways.Combined with a double-sided sealing structure, it can inhibit grease oxidation and leakage, extend the lubrication cycle, reduce the need for additional grease under normal operating conditions, and ensure long-term operation.


Thin Section Bearings exhibits stable dynamic operation, with different dynamic indicators corresponding to different precision grades P4 and P5.During operation, the rolling elements and raceways make smooth contact, resulting in low frictional resistance and good temperature control, allowing for long-term maintenance of medium-to-high-speed operation.The bearing rotational run-out is controlled within the standard range, and the vibration and noise values are low during high-speed operation.The structure is subjected to uniform stress, and the deformation is minimal under small and medium alternating loads, making it difficult to deviate from its operating posture.With a standard sealing and lubrication system, the lubrication film remains intact under dynamic operating conditions, preventing jamming and abnormal noise. The overall dynamic stability meets the continuous operation requirements of precision transmission equipment.
