LR Series Track Roller Bearings are special design of deep groove ball bearings or angular contact ball bearings, thick-walled rings with spherical or cylindrical outer surface design, the materials we adopt high quality chrome steel, and stainless steel LR series track roller bearings are also available. it have the same raceway design with normal deep groove ball bearings or angular contact ball bearings. It’s one kind of track roller bearings also.

Yoke type ball bearing track rollers are ready-to-fit, single or double row rolling bearings based on deep groove or angular contact ball bearings.
They have particularly thick-walled outer rings with a crowned outside surface (also available with a cylindrical outside surface on request), can support high radial loads and tolerate axial loads which are due to small misalignments, skewed running or temporary contact running impacts.
Yoke type ball bearing track rollers are mounted on a shaft or stud with a stationary inner ring. They are not mounted in a housing bore but supported on a flat raceway (mating track).
Yoke type ball bearing track rollers are sealed with a lip seal or a sealing shield on both sides.
Advatange of LR Series Track Roller Bearings
1. Low resistance, long life, wide application
When the support roller with LR series track roller bearings arc surface is working, the force between the roller and the guide rail is uniform, stress concentration is avoided, friction resistance is small, and the working life of the product is greatly increased. Most of the double row support rollers can also be repeatedly lubricated through the grease hole on the inner ring to adapt to the harsh working environment.
2. Simple and convenient installation
After the roller bearing is equipped with an eccentric shaft and a concentric shaft, the installation is very convenient, and the eccentric amount of the eccentric roller can be adjusted to obtain a suitable preload.
3. Smooth operation and small error
In addition to the production of LR series support rollers according to rolling bearing standards, EASIER adopts a special processing technology to suit the special working methods of fixing the inner ring and rotating the outer ring.
