Thin Section Bearings are extra thin section bearings, with square cross-sections for both inner and outer rings, and the cross-sectional dimensions are consistent. The whole is composed of an inner ring, an outer ring, rolling elements, and a retaining structure. Based on the raceway form, there are three types of structures: deep groove ball, angular contact, and four-point contact, most of which are open designs. Cages are used to separate and hold rolling elements in place. The angular contact structure has a fixed contact angle and can withstand radial and unidirectional axial loads; the four-point contact structure can withstand bidirectional axial loads.
Slim Section Bearings are suitable for medium and small loads and medium and high speed operating conditions, covering a wide range of industrial and civil equipment. In the industrial sector, it is mainly used to support servo motors, stepper motors, automated transmission modules, testing instruments, and small conveying mechanisms; in the light industry sector, it is used for fans, water pumps, and drive components for home appliances. The P5 precision model is suitable for conventional transmission equipment, while the P4 high-precision model is mostly used in robot joints, precision instruments, and other structures with stringent requirements for rotational accuracy.
Our factory's thin Section Bearings have excellent long-term operational stability and are suitable for continuous equipment operation requirements. Products with P4 and P5 precision grades have undergone durability testing, and their deformation remains within the standard range after long-term bearing of small and medium loads. The internal lubrication system, combined with a sealing structure, reduces grease loss, oxidation, and impurity intrusion, continuously protecting the friction pairs. Under conditions of alternating long-term start-stop and constant-speed operation, vibration and noise will not increase significantly, and rotational accuracy will remain stable.
