The precision of thin Section Bearings is mainly P5 and P4 grades.The radial and axial run-out specifications for P5 are larger than those for P4, making it suitable for normal operating scenarios.The P4 grade strictly reduces radial and axial run-out errors, resulting in smaller rotational position deviations.The P5 end face and raceway fit accuracy requirements are relatively low, while the P4 has higher requirements for the rotational concentricity after assembly.
Our factory's thin Section Bearings have excellent long-term operational stability and are suitable for continuous equipment operation requirements.Products with P4 and P5 precision grades have undergone durability testing, and their deformation remains within the standard range after long-term bearing of small and medium loads.The internal lubrication system, combined with a sealing structure, reduces grease loss, oxidation, and impurity intrusion, continuously protecting the friction pairs.Under conditions of alternating long-term start-stop and constant-speed operation, vibration and noise will not increase significantly, and rotational accuracy will remain stable.
