SY1.TF/AH bearing plummer block units with a cast housing and grub screws, with a standard inner ring, is an insert single deep groove ball bearings with a convex sphered outside diameter and working together with a housing, SY1.TF/AH plummer block unit consist of SY505U/AH Housing and YAR205-100-2F/AH Bearing, SY1.TF/AH bearing plummer block unit can accommodate moderate initial misalignment, SY1.TF/AH bearings is widely used in many industrial application, the inner diameter is 25.4mm, the outer ring is 70.5mm, the height is 34.1mm, the weight of SY1.TF/AH bearings is 0.71kg.

Since the spherical outside surface of the bearing is precision ground and the spherical bore of the housing is machined by a boring machine with great accuracy, optimal fitting of the bearing and the housing can be obtained, as well as superior aligning performance. The allowable aligning angle of standard ball bearing units is 3º, while units with covers is 1º
