The bearing is mainly composed of four basic components: inner and outer rings, rolling elements, cage, and seals. The inner and outer rings serve as the load-bearing base, and are assembled with the rotating shaft and bearing housing respectively to play a role in fixing and supporting.Rolling elements are the core components that enable rotation and can effectively reduce frictional resistance during operation; The cage evenly separates the rolling elements, preventing them from contacting and wearing each other, thus making the operation more stable; The seals are responsible for preventing dust and moisture from entering the interior, while also preventing grease from leaking out.The bearings used in servo motors are high-precision rolling bearings. Their basic composition is the same as that of ordinary bearings, but their structural design is more refined and rigorous. Its overall layout is compact, and it achieves low-friction operation by relying on precision-machined rolling elements, and is equipped with a special cage to ensure uniform rotation. The optimized sealing and lubrication structure can effectively isolate external impurities and retain lubricating media for a long time. This type of precision structural design can strictly control the radial runout and axial movement of the shaft, perfectly adapting to the high-frequency start-stop and frequent speed change of the servo motor, ensuring that the equipment maintains a high-precision, low-noise, and stable operating state for a long time.
Servo motor bearings are made with a variety of professional materials to suit different component functions and operating conditions, making them suitable for various precision servo equipment. The inner and outer rings and rolling elements of the bearing core have all undergone professional heat treatment to strengthen them and ensure basic performance. For normal operating conditions, the general-purpose GCr15 bearing steel is selected. For high-speed and heavy-load operating conditions, GCr15SiMn and G20Cr2Ni4A alloy steel can be used. For special environments that are humid and prone to corrosion, 440C stainless steel or SUJ2 precision steel can be selected. The EPB60-44 primarily uses steel bushings and silicon nitride ceramic balls, which can block shaft current and prevent electrolytic corrosion, resulting in low temperature rise at high speeds, low noise, and long service life. The bearing cage is available in a wide range of materials, including carbon steel, brass, copper alloys, general engineering plastics, and high-temperature and wear-resistant PEEK specialty plastics. The sealing components are made of high-quality, aging-resistant materials such as NBR nitrile rubber and fluororubber, and are paired with high-performance special grease to meet the equipment operation requirements of different scenarios.
We implement standardized management and control over the entire process of servo motor bearings, focusing on the core requirements of batch consistency and stability. From raw material selection and precision machining to heat treatment and ultra-precision machining, each process undergoes rigorous quality inspection to strictly control key dimensional tolerances and raceway precision.Meanwhile, through batch sampling inspection, torque consistency verification, vibration and noise screening, and simulated working condition durability testing, subtle performance differences can be identified, effectively avoiding problems such as batch deviation and uneven individual performance, ensuring that the precision of each batch of bearings is highly consistent and the performance is stable, meeting the high-quality usage requirements of batch assembly into servo motors.
