Insulated angular contact ball bearings can bear radial load and axial load at the same time. It can work at higher speeds. The larger the contact angle, the higher the axial load carrying capacity. The contact angle is the angle between the line of contact points between the ball and the raceway in the radial plane and the vertical line of the bearing axis. High-precision and high-speed bearings usually take a contact angle of 15 degrees. Under the action of axial force, the contact angle will increase. Electrially Insulated angular contact ball bearings have higher speed and higher precision than deep groove ball bearings, so this kind of bearings  can replace insulated deep groove ball bearings somewhere need high speed and low noise demand. and also the other type normal bearing can be replaced by Electrically Insulated Bearings according applications

Like the angular contact ball bearing made of ordinary bearing steel, the inner and outer rings of the insulated angular contact ball bearing have raceways, and the inner and outer rings can be relatively displaced along the bearing axis. This type of bearing is particularly suitable for bearing compound loads, that is, loads acting both radially and axially. The axial load bearing capacity of angular contact ball bearings increases with the increase of the contact angle α. The contact angle is the angle between the line of contact between the ball and the raceway in the radial plane and the vertical line of the bearing axis.

electrically insulated bearing application

Different from ordinary angular contact ball bearings, the inner ring or outer ring of electrically insulated bearings has been processed with a special insulating layer.The plasma spraying process involves generating an arc between two electrodes to ionize a noble gas that is issued from the plasma torch. The resulting plasma jet is used to carry the injected aluminum oxide powder. This powder is melted by the heat and sprayed at high speed onto the outer or inner ring. When applied in this manner, the oxide layer adheres extremely well to the base material. It is then sealed and ground to size.

The models of angular contact ball bearings are divided into:

α=15°angular contact ball bearing (70000C type);

α=25° angular contact ball bearing (70000AC type);

α=40° angular contact ball bearing (70000B type);

Back-to-back paired double angular contact ball bearings [70000C(AC, B)/DB type];

Face-to-face pairs of double angular contact ball bearings [70000C(AC, B)/DF type];

Tandem pairs of double angular contact ball bearings [70000C (AC, B)/DT type];

Double-row angular contact ball bearings with ball-loading gaps (type 00000);

Double row angular contact ball bearings without ball gaps (type 00000A);

Double-row angular contact ball bearing (type 00000A-Z) with no ball gap and a dust cover on one side;

Double-row angular contact ball bearings with dust cover on both sides (type 00000A-2Z) without ball notch;

Double-row angular contact ball bearing (type 00000ARS) with no ball gap and sealing ring on one side;

Double-row angular contact ball bearings with sealing rings on both sides (type 00000A-2RS) without ball gaps;

Four-point angular contact ball bearings (QJ0000 type),
