slim section bearings are composed of four parts: inner ring, outer ring, rolling elements, and cage. The cross-sectional dimensions of the inner and outer rings are uniform, the cross-section is standard square, and the wall thickness is uniform and thin. The inner and outer ring raceways are integrally formed, the raceway size is fixed, and the cross-sectional specifications remain unchanged when the inner diameter changes. The rolling elements are small steel balls, evenly arranged between the inner and outer raceways; the cage separates the steel balls, limits the distance between the rolling elements, and avoids mutual friction. There is no widening or thickening structure in the inner and outer rings, the overall wall thickness is consistent, the raceway surface is regular, and the cross-sectional parameters of the parts are uniform. The entire set of bearings only differs in inner diameter among specifications, and the rest of the structural cross-section dimensions are exactly the same.
The high-precision series of thin section bearings includes three accuracy levels: P5, P4, and P2. The smaller the level value, the higher the accuracy standard. P5 level controls the dimensional tolerances of the inner and outer diameters and cross-sectional thickness of the ferrules, restricts the shape and position accuracy such as raceway roundness and end face parallelism, and controls the rotational run-out deviation within a fixed range. The P4 level tolerance zone is further narrowed compared to P5, the raceway waviness is optimized, and the radial and end face rotation run-out accuracy is significantly improved. P2 is an ultra-precision grade. Dimensional tolerances, raceway profile errors, and geometric deviations all adopt minimum tolerance standards, and rotation run-out control reaches the highest standards.Bearings at all levels have independent quantitative indicators for dimensional consistency, raceway surface accuracy, axial and radial run-out, and the accuracy classification system is clear and standardized.
