Installation of sealed spherical roller bearing with tapered bore

 

The sealed spherical roller bearing with tapered bore is generally installed in the interference fit,The amount of interference can be determined by measuring the radial clearance reduction or axial displacement of inner ring in the shaft neck of sealed spherical roller bearing with tapered bore.

 

Method for install tapered bore sealed spherical roller bearing with including:

 

1.Measurement clearance reduction

2.Measurement of lock angle of the lock nut.

3.Measurement of axial advancing distance

4.Measurement inner ring expansion

 

For the small size(inner ring 110mm and smaller size) for sealed spherical roller bearing, 

Can be installed by measuring the locking angle of the lock nut.

 

For the larger sealed spherical roller bearing,our suggestion is Hydraulic pressure advancing method,this method is more time save and accurate than measurement of clearance reduction and locking angle of the lock nut.

 

For extra large sealed spherical roller bearing installtion,electronic control installtion method can be adopted to measure expand of inner ring,its more easier,fast and accurate.
