TKW develops and produces P6.P5.P4 grade Thin Section Bearings

TKW produces inch series thin-section bearings including seven open series and five sealed series, with inner diameters ranging from 1.000 inches to 40.000 inches. Series cross-sectional areas range from .187 x .187 inches to 1.000 x 1.000 inches. Open bearings are available in three configurations (A, C and X). sealed bearings are only available in C and X types.

Types of thin section bearings:

A: thin section bearings with angular contact ball design

C: thin section bearings with deep groove ball design

X: thin section bearings with four-point angular contact ball design

We can produce thin section bearings to meet the special demanding specifications. For example, for corrosion resistance, TKW has bearings in stainless steel 440C or in the coated series.

Other product series variants include metric series thin section bearings, ultra-thin bearings, TT series turntable bearings, BB metric ball bearings, bearings for demanding applications and KT thin section tapered bearings.

Within these series e have designs for open bearings (for applications where the bearing is not exposed to harmful particles) and sealed bearings (for applications where the bearing needs to be kept clean and well lubricated).

Considering the various load situations, TKW thin-section bearings are available in three basic types: radial contact (C type), angular contact (A type) and four-point contact (X type) - and in a variety of sizes or series (e.g. KA, KB, KC Etc.). The full range of P6, P5, and P4 grades will be completed in finished product production one after another.

TKW thin cross-section bearings improve design efficiency

In TKW thin-section bearings, each series is based on a single cross-section that remains constant as the bore diameter increases. This is in stark contrast to standard bearings, where the cross-section increases as the bore diameter increases. The constant cross-section of the bearing is of particular value when designing products that will be manufactured in a variety of sizes depending on shaft diameter and power requirements. By using the same series of bearings throughout the product line, common components are standardized. For all diameters of this rotary table, your bearing housing remains the same.
