When the sealed spherical roller bearing operation,the size of sealed spherical roller bearing will be change due to the changed of material structure.this transition is influenced by temperature,time and stress,

 

In order to avoid the size change which is not allowed once the material structure changed,the material of sealed spherical roller bearing must be special heat treatment.standard sealed spherical roller bearing are made of high quality steel which is on process of special heat treatment.the suggested temperature is between 120 degree to 200degree.there have direct relationship of the highest temperature with the technoloty of heat treatment,if some special application need higher tempature than normal level,high stable progresstion of sealed spherical roller bearing should be choosen.once the sealed spherical roller bearing need operation under the high temperature long time,the capacity need to adjusted.
