Stainless steel spherical roller bearing design

Stainless steel spherical roller bearing is new design of spherical roller bearing family,this kind of bearing have the same with traditional,what is the different is that the traditional bearing used chrome steel material,so the stainless steel spherical roller bearing adopted stainless steel,the inner & outer & element & rollers are all adopt AISI SUS440C（the same standard with 9Cr18 or 9Cr18Mo), after heat treatment under Vacuum process,the cage used AISI316 or AISI304(OGr18Ni9)material, the precision can be P6 according to the ISO standard.
Stainless steel spherical roller bearing have stronger anti-rust and Corrosion than normal spherical roller bearing,working with the good quality Lubricants and shields,it can working under the environment high temperature -60C~+300C,stainless steel spherical roller bearing can carry higher mechanical strength and stronger load capacity,this kind of bearing are widely used in food machinery,printing-make machine,pulp and paper industry etc.,it can reduce the unplanned downtime,improve reliability than the normal spherical roller bearing,also reduce the maintenance costs and boost productivity,extend service life becuase of stainless steel.
