Thin Section Bearings are mainly lubricated with grease, and the grease is added at the factory according to a fixed ratio.The grease base components and thickener ratios are uniform, making it suitable for the internal operating space of the bearing.The amount of grease filler should be 30% to 50% of the bearing's internal cavity volume. This ratio balances lubrication effect and rotational resistance.The grease adheres evenly to the contact area of the rolling elements and raceways, continuously forming an oil film.The sealed structure reduces grease loss, eliminating the need for frequent grease replenishment under normal operating conditions.For special operating conditions, the grease formula and filling ratio can be adjusted. Thin section bearings have compact radial dimensions, lower rotational inertia, and faster dynamic response, making them suitable for high-frequency reciprocating rotation conditions. The bearing raceway is processed with high precision, has good vibration and noise suppression effects during high-speed operation, and has minimal deformation under compound loads. There are differences in the dynamic rigidity of different accuracy levels, and the positioning offset of high-end models is controllable during continuous variable speed operation. With the standard lubrication system, the friction loss of the rolling pair is stable, long-term dynamic operation will not quickly lose the rotation accuracy, and it is suitable for various precision automated rotating mechanisms.


The overall structure of the constant-section bearing has a balanced force distribution. When it is subjected to radial and axial composite alternating loads for a long time, it only produces a small amount of elastic deformation, and no permanent structural deformation occurs. P4 and P2 high-precision bearings have extremely low factory shape and position errors, and the rotational runout increment is weak after long-term high-speed operation. Standard filling of grease can stably control the friction temperature rise and delay the fatigue aging of the rolling pair. Under high-intensity operating conditions, the performance indicators of the bearings decay gently, and the repeated positioning accuracy is not easy to fail. It is suitable for long-term continuous production and use of semiconductor, medical, and automation equipment.
